What man (mankind) thinks in his heart so he is. Proverbs 23:7. We are what we think. God's word compells us to renew our mind daily. Romans 12:12. Not by our own knowledge or ways we "might" think are right! But through His word & relationship with Him. Don't fall in to the people pleasing Gal 1:10, comparing trap. God is wanting to elevate our thinking, taking us to a level only He can..... #RenewYourMind#ThinkWellLiveWell#ThinkRightDoRight You are as strong as you think you are!
The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, And delivers them.
Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!
Oh, fear the Lord , you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him.
Psalms 34:7-9 NKJV
Wait on the Lord : be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord .
Psalms 27:14 KJV
There's something about waiting patiently in this fast-paced driving world. Take a deep breath, slowdown & wait on the Lord His timing is EVERYTHING 🙏. #NewDay#NewMercy#NewGrace#GodsTime#Perfect
For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty Savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With His love, He will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” Zephaniah 3:17 NLT
The verse says that the grace of God was upon Jesus. The Bible also says that where sin abounds, grace abounds much more. (Romans 5:20) And when you put the two together, you may find yourself asking, “If the grace of God was upon Jesus, does it mean that He sinned?” No, Jesus did not sin. (2 Corinthians 5:21) So there must be another explanation as to why God’s grace was upon Jesus. There must be another explanation as to why someone can abound in God’s grace even when he has not sinned.
Let’s look at the word “grace” when it is first mentioned in the Bible. Genesis 6:8 says that “Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord”. Noah’s name means “rest”. So the verse is telling us that rest found grace. In other words, when you rest, you find grace!
So grace was upon Jesus because His life was a life of rest and trust in His Father. He said, “The Son can do nothing of Himself. He can do only what He sees His Father doing.” (John 5:19)
Likewise, grace comes upon you when you rest and trust God. If you have a wayward child, stop nagging at him and trust God to handle the problem. Say, “Jesus, I commit this boy into Your hands. I cannot control him. You can.” If you have a persistent pain in your body, bring it to the Lord. Say, “Jesus, I hand all my worries about this pain to You. You work on the pain.” “What if nothing happens?” Honestly, if after you have given the matter to Jesus and nothing happens, what can you do? If Jesus Himself can’t do anything about it, do you think you can? But praise God, once the problem is handed over to Jesus, He can and will do a perfect work of taking care of it for you!
So live a life of rest. Have this attitude and tell the Lord, “I can do nothing of myself. I just rest in You Lord and I trust You.” Beloved, what you will see is the grace of God upon you in every situation of your life! #Grace#RestAndFindGodsGrace#ItsSundayGetToChurch#JesusLovesYou#DailyGraceInspirations
The devil is knocking ✊. Will I let him in, will you let him in? This is a constant battle, a spiritual warfare that none are not exempt from! It happens in the unseen realm & we are quick to put on a facade, ready to mask it with a pretty smile, pretty makeup, the fancy clothes, the I got it all together; life is perfect posts! I'm being real, raw & honest! I'm honestly sick & tired of seeing post that just are fake to a certain extent! Especially in the body of Christ, if we the body of Christ are walking according the the will of God & trusting & standing on His spoken promises I KNOW WE ARE BEING TESTED! & life isn't all unicorns & fairytales! So why pretend, don't get me wrong I'm not saying to go put your business out there for all to know, but use wisdom & decrement. It's ok not to be ok, it's ok to be broken those are the moments God uses for us to grow & be elevated for His Glory! I say all this because people are watching us. People who know Christ & people who don't & I personally don't want to give a false impression of what a Christ follower is like... I'm not perfect, but I serve a God who is! I will fail, but through Jesus I'm made righteous 🙌. Stay on ALERT! As the Word instructs us to, be aware that there's a deceiver who is on the prowl to destroy humanity, & we don't have to be part of his scheme. Be transparent, loyal & faithful, compassionate & caring be Christ like & treat people as you yourself would want to be treated! Stand in your faith & know your not the only one who is going through it🙏❤! #MyHeart#BeReal#JesusLovesYou#Redeemed
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 NLT
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Galatians 2:20 NKJV
Jesus meets us in real time. He is the Great “I AM” in the present tense. He is a “now” God who meets us right where we are. Let’s not forget: He is fully man and fully God. He understands our humanity, feels our pain, and grieves with us. He meets us right where we are. He knows how it all will end, but He still walks with us through the pain we face. He is a relational God who shares our joys and sorrows. He’ll meet us where we are, but He’ll never leave us there. Our stories are far from over. As long as we’re here on earth, Jesus is working out our stories for His good purposes. As believers, we have a happy ending. Our eternity is secure in Christ, but in the here and now, it’s important to remember he sees us, understands our pain, and is here for us in real time. He is a living God, walking with us every step of the way. #Blessed#Abba#Faithful#Jesus
“You have heard the law that says, ‘Love your neighbor’ and hate your enemy. But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For He gives His sunlight to both the evil and the good, and He sends rain on the just and the unjust alike. If you love only those who love you, what reward is there for that? Even corrupt tax collectors do that much. If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else? Even pagans do that. But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect.
Matthew 5:43-48. This is definitely NOT an easy task. But we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!
