Why facing our fears is important!
Our fears are there for a reason but when we take the time to actually define them, it enables us to separate fact from fiction. Some fears we have will be valid, but many will be worst- case scenarios and are far worse in our minds than they ever would be in reality.
It’s important to realise that we don’t develop bravery or courage in the easiest times, we develop them when we actually confront those feelings we fear the most because through terror comes reward and our courage grows with each fear we face!
By facing our fear we become more resilient and learn to rise and face whatever is in front of us 💕

Me: ‘we are not mean darling you need to listen to what we say.’
Layla: ‘but why’
Me: ‘because we are adults and your parents’
Layla: ‘but I want to run the house’
Me: ‘ok that means you need to cook and clean’
Layla: ‘I can do that’
Me: ‘what will you cook?’
First decent Gym session since Jett. Yeah I’ve been in our gym but just mucked around. Today I gave my body a good work out and because of my Arbonne After Workout I will not be sore tomorrow 🙌 ⠀⠀

That time my husband @darrenblaney and I hired some bikes and went for a ride around @centralparknyc
Just completed my first 10 day cleanse and feeling incredible. In 10 Days I lost 2kgs but that’s not just it I have so much more energy. The past 2 weeks I’ve had my three year old waking throughout the night and as I’m about to go to sleep my 5 month old wakes unsettled. I thought for sure I’d be tired in the day but it’s been the opposite. ⠀⠀
One thing I didn’t incorporate but really wish I did was exercise. I did no exercise at all (it’s so cold to wake up at 5.30am and go into the gym ❄️). It’s something though I need to get into the habit of doing because I have so much toning to do.
I have programs starting every two weeks come join me on one you won’t regret it.
Don't pretend to be something you're not just to please others or to be loved. Be true to yourself and express who you are in the world; that way you'll be surrounded by real people who appreciate who you are! ❤️

These three make me the happiest woman alive. Yes my husband does my head in. My 3 1/2 year old is pressing my buttons and of late my 5 month old waking up several times throughout the night is making me a tired mummy....... but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
