Our experimental Sunday this week was spent working on our pizzas. We have new pizzas bases and new toppings on the go for you to try.. A raw vegan pizza paired with a glass of fine Italian wine is the perfect guilt-free way to spend an evening.

A Taste of Italy!

All our pizzas are 100% gluten-free, raw and plant-based and are made in-house from scratch. The base itself undergoes a 8 hour drying process before it is ready for the plate. We are constantly developing our pizza bases to create the perfect harmony of health, texture and taste. 
The toppings are also an area where we like to experiment. We use homemade nut cheeses, fresh herbs and locally picked leaves as well as the best Italian olives and tomatoes. We also have an Italian nut free pizza called Estiva. In fact our whole restaurant concept has an Italian feel to it mainly due to our creative Italian Chef and co-owner. 
By the way...we have new pizzas every week so you will never get enough!

Behind Closed Doors -Tasting Session and Cheese Making Day
Sunday gives us a chance to catch up and allows us the time to experiment in the kitchen. Today was devoted to our nut cheeses. We made new batches of fermented cheeses that will now start the long maturing process and we had a tasting session of our cheeses from previous weeks. The ageing process takes between 4 and 8 weeks. The good news is that we now have new flavours of fermented aged nut cheeses ready to be served on our cheese plate.
