Simple and Nutritious 3 ingredient : Wild Blueberry Basil 🌿 sorbet made in my @vitamix @vitamix_aunz @vitamixuk @vitamixca. I got asked yesterday for healthy and quick dessert recipes and with the weather getting warmer this is refreshing and delicious.
1 Lemon 🍋 Juiced
1 piece fresh basil 🌿
1 cup frozen wild organic blueberries
In the vitamix I blended the basil 🌿 and lemon 🍋 first to create a juice. Then added the blueberries and put the vitamix on variable 4 and mashed until smooth.

Beet and Red Pepper Raw Wraps Recipe
3 Beets peeled and roughly chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 large red bell peppers roughly chopped
2 medium tomatoes roughly chopped
1 large zucchini peeled and roughly chopped
3 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp ground onion powder
1 tsp ground garlic powder
1 tsp black Pepper
1 tbsp dried herbs: oregano, rosemary, Basil, thyme etc
Salt to taste
STEP 1: In a blender or food processor add the avocado oil and tomatoes & Beets and blend until juiced. Then add the bell pepper and blend completely, then add zucchini and blend. After add all remaining ingredients until perfectly blended.
STEP 2: spread the batter on a non stick dehydrator sheet (or parchment paper if using the oven) Dehydrate at 120 for about 4 hours then flip and dehydrate other side. For oven use the convection oven setting at 150 and bake each side for about an hour.

Happy Valentines Day Health Lovers, here is a Loving Recipe that will keep you sweet without the sugar or Gluten and provide you protein and fibre. Below is my Quinoa Protein Brownies. Using some delicious Vega Vanilla protein Powder! INGREDIENTS
1 cups quinoa flour
1 cup banana flour
1/3 cup homemade yogurt or Greek yogurt
1/3 cup egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 over ripe banana
1 cup beet purée
4 dates puréed (use 1/4 water)
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sal *1/4 cup Vega vanilla all in one nutritional shake powder
1 cup crushed peanuts
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ginger powder
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and then line cake pans with parchment paper.
In a blender add egg whites, yogurt, vanilla extract and Blend. Add beet purée, banana, coconut butter, and date purée.
Take all dry ingredients and sift together in a large bowl. Pour the dry ingredients into the blender and mix until well combined. Pour mixture into cake pan and mix and sprinkle topping mixture over Cake pan.
