Dinner time with a green pasta bowl with veggies and falafel instead of a salad i had some fruits😉
100g Gluten free pasta
1/4 purple Fennel
6 Cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 garlic clove
6 paprika dill falafel
3 carrots 🥕
1/4 red onion
2 tsps flax seeds
It might be the prepping instructions are not so clear sorry for that if you have any questions just comment down 😉👍
First start with the falafel the take the longest if done in the oven😉👍
Then cook the pasta
Meanwhile chop onions and garlic.
Cut veggies in big pieces so the don't fall apart while cooking😉
Put them aside.
Now to the sauce😄
Prep all veggies and put them in the blender including flax seeds
Add the condiments not to much of the spicy ones at once to make sure its not spicy and not edible (hapend to me once or twice🙈🤣)
When you don't have any bits more taste and check if it needs any condiment adding😉 i don't put any measurements with the condiments because every one has a bit of a different meaning for spicy so you can decide how much of each you want to put so its your taste
(I used 3 tsps of paprika. About 4 of pepper plus more when it was on the plate🤣. 2 cardamom seeds 1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin & ginger
2tsp cayenne pepper & chilli powder
1tsp apple vinegar
2 tsp basil).
When you have the sauce ready stir in with the veggies and pasta only for 1or 2 minutes.
Pour it in a bowl add the cherry tomatoes and the falafel.
Put it back in the oven for about 10'
So the 🍅 can sweat a bit😉👍.
