Tomorrow is Queen City Cycling Day at the @southbuffalofarmersmarket and we are thrilled to be back! We will be hosting 2 free classes in the studio - TRX 101 @ 8:15a and City Cycle @ 9a. (PLEASE SIGN UP ONLINE FOR IN STUDIO CLASSES AND CANCEL TIMELY IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND). We are also hosting 2 free classes at the market located in Caz Park - Queen City Sweat (Bootcamp) @ 9a and POUND @ 10:30a (these classes are welcome to everyone and no signup is required). New Class descriptions -
HIIT & Conditioning Monday’s @ 530p. Sara leads this one hour high intensity (suitable for all levels) class that incorporates everything you love when class is OVER 🤣 Intervals, stations, bikes, kettlebells, TRX & much much more!
Body Sculpt Thursday’s @ 630p - Janelle leads this 45m strength training class which uses body weight exercises that do not require free weights or machines as your own body weight provides the resistance. Bodyweight exercising is an effective way to improve muscle tone, balance, flexibility, and strength without any extra equipment. Your entire body will benefit from this class, as we will touch on all areas within the 45m!

Our donation Spin/Zumba/Yoga was a great success! We raised $386 for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. A huge thank you to our amazing team member Julie & our friends and loyal Queen City crew Thom & Amy! We especially recognize those who took time out of their Sunday evening to donate to this important cause. We hope you had a blast!
Queen City is back at the South Buffalo Farmers Market on Sunday, September 9th, this time with a little twist!
We will be running FREE classes at the market and in studio! Here’s the catch... In studio classes:

City Cycle @ 9a
These classes require pre-registration as spots are limited AND a pass that can be obtained at the South Buffalo Farmers Market on Sunday August 26th from 9a-1p. Sign up online at www.qccycle.com and then stop at the South Buffalo Farmers Market’s information booth this Sunday and grab your pass!
Classes on site at the market do not require passes nor do they require pre-registration. All drop ins are welcome!
