EAT WELL WEDNESDAY 
If this tandori chicken salad doesn’t get your tastebuds tingling I don’t know what will 😝😝😝 Marinate your chicken in a tandori paste (thighs are yummy but use breast if you want to be super lean)

Roast up some diced sweet potato in the oven 🍠 
Make up a salad πŸ₯— I used Lettuce, grated carrot πŸ₯• and cucumber πŸ₯’ 
If you need some salad sauce try some Greek yogurt, 2 cooked garlic cloves, tsp of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. 
Cook up your chicken in a frying pan 🍳 
Mix your salad, sauce and sweet potatoes in a bowl 🍲 
Add your cooked chicken on top β™₯️ easy

Moving to a completely different country, knowing about 5 people and going from working a million miles a minute to nothing may sound great to some.. but for us busy 🐝 not so easy.. So my options were to stay in bed re watching gossip girl eating chocolate 🍫 
Orrr get my trainers on take a walk outside and go chat to some complete strangers about potential opportunities for the future 🧐

Completely OUT my comfort zone... but it’s my choice how my day goes... the same way it’s your choice if you do some thing that scares you today πŸ˜›

Guess what I did πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘Ÿ

MAKE WALKING WORK πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Sometimes getting some exercise in can just mean putting one foot in front of the other πŸ‘£ 
30 mins walking could burn up to an extra 150kcal per day if you made that every day that’s 1050kcal per week. 
Yep yep πŸ‘πŸΌ I get it none of us have time .. so here is how to make some.

1. If possible walk to work - grab a coffee to go, heels in your bag and clear your brain en route 
2. Same but walk home πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ duh

3. Get off your tube, tram or bus stop a stop or two early πŸš‚ 
4. Just jumping in the car to grab some milk from the local shop? Grab your coat and walk... 5. Thought of the treadmill at the gym give you cold sweats? Just put on a walking speed with a medium incline to not only burn calories but strengthen those legs also! 
Aiming for 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day could really make a difference to your health and waistline .. you can monitor this by a fitness monitor @fitbit  for example for if that’s just really not your thing get the pacer app for your phone, it’s not as accurate but will still count your steps as long as your phone is with you β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️

Today’s lunch is bursting with nutrients plus it’s super easy inspired by a salad I had last week with some orange 🍊 in it and tasted amazing 😍😍 Serves 3

Cook up 2x large chicken breasts in a frying pan 🍳 season with salt and pepper 
Microwave 1x bag mixed rice and quinoa - @tildarice is great 
Mix both chicken and rice in a large bowl with 
1x med bag kale 🌿 
1/2 cup sunflower seeds 🌻
1x peeled orange chopped 🍊 
4 x chopped beetroot 
For the dressing mix together 
3x tbsp balsamic 
1x tbsp olive oil 
1/2 lemon juice squeezed πŸ‹ 
Add dressing to salad and mix 
BON APETIT πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
