Because I'm taking the Swedish SAT tomorrow I worked out today. My body reminded me that it's not a good idea to do heavy benches before a day of heavy singles. Will I still do it again though? Most definitely.

Okay so remember how I described the session yesterday? Yeahah. Today, was the solar opposite. I couldn't hit a good jerk to save my life and I either got a light muscle strain or just a weird ass cramp in my left thigh, just by the knee. Urgh. 
Split Jerk at 90kg with pretty much the only somewhat alright single today.

Push Press, 70kg for 5. My old 5RM.

You know when you can tell by how your warmups are moving that today's going to be a great day? I just had that day today.

Snatch at 70kg and at 82,5kg. Only one missed lift today (dropped backwards on the way up from the hole)
