Okay so remember how I described the session yesterday? Yeahah. Today, was the solar opposite. I couldn't hit a good jerk to save my life and I either got a light muscle strain or just a weird ass cramp in my left thigh, just by the knee. Urgh.

Sunday Funday! My plans of having quite a chill weekend with only working on Sunday morning didn't pan out because of late evening work on Saturday with only 5 hours of sleep between the two. Oh well, plans are made to be broken sometimes.
Clean OTM at 82,5kg, 87,5kg and lastly 92,5kg; 5 of each with only one miss at 87,5 by being lazy with bracing.
Clean Pulls at 97,5kg
Clean DL Complex at 92,5kg
Pause Back Squat at 100kg
