Lazy session that seemed like it took forever to finish. Got some good work in though so that's something. Sort of got a C&J PR with 112,5 but my right elbow/shoulder buckled(which it also did at 110), but whatever it's a training lift, it doesn't really matter much. The clean felt pretty okay today.
Also, had to resort to using straps for my snatches today. My hook grip hurt like hell after I started bleeding during C&Js so I kept the snatches lighter.

Didn't expect to be able to do much at this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised to find a bar with some weights. Not sure what the weight is, but it felt like it might have been about 50 kg? Who knows, who cares. Got a post restaurant pump atleast!

First session with the Legacy Lifters, so far so good! They fit so good onto my feet even if they were half a size down compared to my Romaleos. They feel so stable as well! Love them!
C&J 100. This felt kind of wonky, especially the Clean, but it's probably just getting used to the new shoes
Snatch at 80 and 82,5. The snatches felt really solid. Sort of a Slow Pull Snatch with the 80
Pause BS at 150. Actually did one right before this but I wasn't satisfied with the length of the pause, so I did it again. Atleast that's a pause!
Okay so a powerful day today.
Power Snatches at 55 and P.C&Js at 75. The goodie good OTM kind.
Also got reminded why I love people. No matter what you expect there will always be a new surprise such as the one in the third video :) Now this might be a bit petty but I believe that when someone is in the middle of setting up for a timed set, you shouldn't really walk right over the platform.
Also, I sort of assumed that when you also do another barbell strength sport that also train on a platform that this thing would be obvious. But nah. It's not apperantly.
I really don't care if someone stands in front of the camera that's something that happens and that's okay.
But that other shit is just disrespectful.
Rant over. Had to get it out of me lol. Atleast it worked as fuel for the rest of the power C&Js (as you can see in the video)

Two PR's today! Especially happy with the Snatch since I clarked 75 a few times. Got through it and pushed through for a new PR.
Also tried 110 in the C&J for the appealing 200kg total, but I had a close press out. Oh well, next time!
The didn't really feel that bad even if it was a PB. 160 felt so good so I had to try 170. I got it, 2.5kg PB. Got more but that's for some other day.

Good day today to conclude this week of deload action! Feeling really fresh and ready to go on with the last phase of the program.
The Snatches felt reasonably fast and stable, the Cleans felt crisp and the Jerks weren't all to bad despite the fact that I only slept for about 5 hours. Also, I ordered a pair of Reebok Legacy Lifters! Hope they arrive for Monday atleast!
Quick session which seem to be the theme of this deload week. Fourth day today which was the most boring by far. The most challenging thing today was the Back Extensions. Lol. Also, I thought it was Friday this morning, far from fun to realize that it wasn't 😒
Power Clean at 80. Atleast the arch seem a bit better, atleast in the setup.
Power Jerk at 75. Didn't want to wait for a squat stand so I did Power C&Js instead.
Ready for this deload week to end already.
