A happy Halloween to everyone! Have a great but safe day guys! Here is a leg press pyramid workout that  you just try today. Want to build, tone, sculpt, or just tired of doing that same old ish well here is a great workout to push yourself to. A pyramid consists of ascending & descending phases. Here Lauren is basically starting with a comfortable weight while doing high reps. She will then go up in weight while reducing the reps load, till she gets to her max, then literally come back down in weight to her originally start weight. Here’s a breakdown. Since it’s Wednesday aka humpday, why not crush those legs with a great session? Here is a good leg workout that will have you’re legs on fire for days. Seriously for DAYS!

Ok here is what you have to do. Complete 3 sets on each exercise, 20 reps. Due to the high reps, find a weight that you’re comfortable with but that will push you. So after 10 reps you’re feeling the burn but able to get 20 reps in. For me 20kg on each side is comfortable for me, so pretty much did the whole workout with that weight. Make sure you rest for about 1 minute between sets.

Walking lunges ( lunge on right leg then left) each leg: 3x10
Hamstring curl or one leg curl superset with dumbbell Romanian deadlifts: 3x10 (10 reps each exercise)

➖smith machine with a long resistance band & resistance just above knees. Or complete with resistance band above knees until you get used to the exercise and intense level. You can also add weights, for more intense work.
➖Dumbbell hip thrust with resistance band above the knees. Complete both exercises as superset like this: 3/sets: 1st set: 15 reps, 2rd set: 20 reps, 3rd set: 25 reps.
