We are excited to announce that Paola Santana has joined our team! “My name is Paola, I have been working in the community helping families who have children with special needs for more than thirteen years. I have empowered families to advocate for their child and helped them learn about their rights. This experience has helped me to pursue my career with the Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I consider the dynamics of an IEP a form of art, organizing the team, learning from each other, and developing the best plan for each child. I am a mother of a beautiful girl, who is ten years old, I have been married for seventeen years to my best friend. My family and I like to enjoy nature, we go biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking and play tennis. I feel so happy to be part of the Parents Reaching Out s’ team and continue serving families in the community.”

She is now 19 and currently attends QLC at the school where she continues to work hard on her studies. We are very proud of her hard work, positive attitude and the love she gives us every day. She motives us to continue working hard to achieve our dreams. I do not believe in limitations! I believe in teamwork, hope, hard work, perseverance and education to be powerful!”#ourteamisgrowing #newstaff #herpassion #parentsreachingout #bilingual #specialeducation #seeabilitynotdisability #familyliaison
