Fear has been part of my life for a long time. I’ve allowed it to control and make decisions for me and my family. -
Today i know my weaknesses and I will address the root of the cause.

Don’t let fear take away someone or something you love, your dreams and visions are more important, and in order to be successful you must be courageous enough to throw your FEARS away. -
Fear stops you from seeing beyond your possibilities and makes everything look or seem impossible... it’s what Fear wants. To stop you from achieving your full potential. -
We were made to be courageous, strong and in constant leadership. So we can lift, empower and help others through their journey.
You must be full in order to fill someone’s life.
What can you do?
Empower yourself, speak words over your life, pray over yourself, every morning, before you go to sleep, after lunch, BUT mean it and be powerful!

This was One of the hardest hikes I’ve ever done (actually the first and only) in GUATEMALA:-
Altitude: 13, 045 feet.
-Started at midnight to see the sunrise 🌄 -
Didn’t know what i was getting myself into... until the first 10 minutes, total death 💀 -
Non stop going up, had small breaks but couldn’t take too long due to your body’s temperature getting too cold ❄️ ❄️ -
It was freezing cold, plants were frozen, could hardly breathe due to lack of oxygen 🗻🗻 -
Ok, a little story here... lol 🤣
I’ve been on Keto since last October 2017, it was a radical but good change for me at the time, it helped me with my fitness goals, my trainings resistance and endurance due to all the fat that fuels your body, plus all the other benefits that came with it.
But ever since i Moved to the States (3 months ago) I just wasn’t feeling the same, i tried different things and not only that but gained 5-6 pounds in very little time.
I felt completely frustrated because I didn’t know what I was doing wrong, I was following the same guidelines that worked for me before 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
When things like that that happen, I always dig deep to try to find the root of the problems.
I realized that sometimes what works for some doesn’t for others, not only that but what used to work, might not anymore.
It’s all about searching you, and finding you of course...
I decided to give clean eating a try. I saw the carbs and almost
Panicked, but trusted the plan, which is 6 weeks and I said why not?

Carbs are controlled and your fat intake is good. But there’s balance and I really like that.
I’m on track, keeping my muscle gain/weight and loosing the extra pounds. I’ve lost 1 and a half pounds since last Monday, 1 week!!!
In the end, Trust your instincts, follow your gut and dare to make good healthy and positive changes to your life, you will not die and everything will be ok 😅
I’m not against Keto at all, I actually loved my keto time, but I also acknowledge that we’re always changing, and our bodies are always demanding new things, and letting go is good!! Welcome the new you and hustle 😉✌🏼

I forgot the wonder of braids! I learned how to braid my hair out of pure motive of learning. I used to see girls hair braided and loved it, but if you know me, im a ponytail tomboy girl that would be in sports clothes all day long, plus im a mother of boys so I don’t have hair to braid.
Braids somehow dress you up unintentionally.
I can only braid my hair, but not others... 🤪
