Ruby turned 11 today. I’m very proud to be her Mummy and adore the gentle, caring and funny little person she’s become. Delighted she’s  passed her induction and test at DL which means I’ve got a new gym training partner. Thanks for all the gifts and birthday wishes. 6 days dancing and listening to some amazing DJ’s with my friends, averaging 35’000 steps each day I needed 3 days on the sofa to recover. I now know what it’s like to do a marathon! It feels good to be back in the gym, training and eating healthy food. Holidays are great for appreciating what you have at home.
