Idag föreläste vi om kost i #Lund. Föreläsningen kallas Kostens Labyrint. Vi gick igenom vilka saker som kan sätta dig i större risk för ohälsa och vad som kan skapa en snabb och långsam viktuppgång. Vi gick även igenom de vanligaste snackisarna som sötningsmedel, detox, kalorier, kolhydrater mfl. Vi gick även in på beteendemönster hos individer. En faktor som många föreläsningar saknar idag. Rolig erfarenhet med mycket kunskap i rummet! Vi håller föreläsningen i Januari igen på Actic Olympen i Lund.
