Breathing in and out is the number one thing we need to do in order to survive and thrive. The average person can only live a few minutes without breathing in air and if our breathing is shallow and obstructed, we're not supplying our cells with an adequate amount of #oxygen .
Although I was a vegetarian for most of my life, I was addicted to the most mucus-forming foods such as cheese pizza, quesadillas, and Rocky Road Ice Cream. Before I became #vegan in 2012, I couldn't fully breathe out of both nostrils because I had chronic sinusitis. It was frustrating because all I wanted to do was effortlessly breathe from both nostrils simultaneously but one was always obstructed. It was depressing that I had to forcefully breathe in deeply if I wanted to smell something and that I couldn't fully taste my meals. However, once I eliminated dairy from my diet and ate more fruit and vegetables, the congestion dissolve and I could breathe clearly again. 🍇🍎🍊🍍🥝 Repost from @chakabars - Looooool 😂😂😂😂😂 - #regrann#healthiswealth#dairy#govegan#plantbased#rawvegan#frugivore#detox#fruitarian#breathe#breath#mucus#meme#veganmeme#blackvegans
Repost from @prof.spira - "Pythagoras, an immortal mathematical genius, vegetarian and founder of a high-standing school of philosophy, went to Egypt to learn more about the "secret sciences" of that country. Before he was allowed to enter into the school of the learned, called High Priests at this time, he had to undergo a fast of forty days, under supervision, outside of the city. Believing that this was a test of his willpower and energy, he was told this: 'Forty days' fast is necessary in order that you may grasp what we will teach you.'" - Arnold Ehret in "Physical Fitness Thru a Superior Diet"

I've been blessed with the incredible gift of compassion and intuition. I'm an empath, sensitive soul and an artist. As a cancer ascendant I'm sensitive to the cycles of the moon and other people's emotions. It's a beautiful thing that I can deeply relate to others and have intuitive insight, but it can be emotionally draining at times. I avoid going into certain venues with heavy energy because the vibes weigh me down like a drenched coat. 🌹🌹🌹 I'm learning that I need to constantly check-in with my emotions to ensure that I'm not internalizing other people's emotions and that I'm getting an adequate amount of rest and alone time. Some times this means taking a break from answering emails, posting on social media, writing blogs, and even having lunch with friends.🌹🌹🌹Thank you all for constantly allowing the space for my empathic soul to peacefully rest. I go through cycles where I have a lot of energy and other times where I don't. This may mean that I may not post consistently on social media. Please allow me time to respond to your messages as I take care of business while at the same time, I take care of myself. A big hug!
