Getting lost in the wilderness 👻🌲⛰.
Side note 📝 I hit some gravel last week and slid into a ditch, got away with some minor scratches and about $300 💴 worth of parts later and a few nights after work putting the bike back together 🔧🔩 here we are 🤷🏽♂️.

So it’s nearing the end of October and I haven’t reached my goal 😞 I have a tonne of excuses but that won’t create my results I’m expecting 🤷🏽♂️ next time I update this journey I hope to have this myth called a 6 pack.. which isn’t beer 🍺 😂 and maybe a beard 🧔 😮 sure you can be sad 😞 life’s rough but you gotta push further beyond 💩.
Another update “mostly for tracking myself”. Yes I know it’s lame 😒.
I’m currently 79kgs and 6 weeks out from my deadline 👀 the results are starting to show 🤔.
I’m not on any super strict diet but I am cutting out bread 🍞& pasta 🍝 and eating more fruit 🍉 and vegetables 🌽 and about 2.5 litres of water 💧 plus tracking my meals for carbs, fats and protein. Normally I can eat anything as long as it fits within my caloric deficit 🤷🏽♂️.
Update from my last report in June.
Yesterday I decided to get myself measured up to see where I currently am in regards to body fat etc 😅 I feel like I have made some progress going from 84kgs down to 80 ish kgs but still struggling to get rid of the flab on my trunk 🤔 although my goal was to cut down my body fat and weight to somewhere around 75 kgs.. October might be a tad extreme since I’m not the best at dieting 😂
