Another update “mostly for tracking myself”. Yes I know it’s lame 😒.
I’m currently 79kgs and 6 weeks out from my deadline 👀 the results are starting to show 🤔.
I’m not on any super strict diet but I am cutting out bread 🍞& pasta 🍝 and eating more fruit 🍉 and vegetables 🌽 and about 2.5 litres of water 💧 plus tracking my meals for carbs, fats and protein. Normally I can eat anything as long as it fits within my caloric deficit 🤷🏽♂️.
Update from my last report in June.
Yesterday I decided to get myself measured up to see where I currently am in regards to body fat etc 😅 I feel like I have made some progress going from 84kgs down to 80 ish kgs but still struggling to get rid of the flab on my trunk 🤔 although my goal was to cut down my body fat and weight to somewhere around 75 kgs.. October might be a tad extreme since I’m not the best at dieting 😂

Thought I’d do a little timeline over the years from the end of high school in 2011 playing basketball almost everyday to post high school 2012-16 getting into Trade work and visiting the bakery and drinking all the time.
