Examine whether you are doing the same thing over & over while expecting different results. Surrender your will, your life, your heart desires, and all that pains you to the divine. Order will be restored in your word.
Understand the distractions of life that seduce you into forgetting what you really desire. Become aware that others want and what the culture dictates, may not be what’s best for you. Don’t get caught up in outside appearances.
Challenger (this is how it came out just FYI )
When it comes to challenge it’s a sign that you’ve succumbed to the fear of lack, which is whispering in your ear that you’ll fail. You’ve stayed too long in the desiring stage. Longing and yearning have become your constant state of mind. Are you comparing your experience with others? Do you envy their success? Do you judge yourself on the on your material accomplishments? Are you afraid that will be never be enough of anything? Perhaps you’ve turned to compulsive eating, shopping, working, or drinking to distract yourself? Let go of the illusion of lack and except things as they are, perfect abundant meaningful expressions of the Divine. There will be never enough for the hungry ghost, for the only experience they know is scarcity. Don’t feed them, they will lose their power to hunt you just trust the abundance of Spirit. .

Going back to yoga.. Now, that you cleansed your body, practiced the mantras got your water and herb teas going, we can start. First is a simple cross legged position. So sit with your legs straight in front of the body. Bend one leg and place the foot under the opposite tight. Band the other leg and place the foot under the opposite tight. Place the hands on the knees keep the hand neck and back upright and straight but without strain. Close the eyes, relax the whole body and the arms should be relaxed. Smile on the face, take deep breaths.. two min silence than mantra or prayer.
Sukhasana aka easy pose is the easiest and most comfortable of the meditation poses. You can utilize this especially if you are unable to sit in the more difficult meditation poses.
