I don't like to cook. Chick-Fil-A is easier💁🏼‍♀️

Maybe when life calms down I'll get started.

Those were just a few of the excuses that I came up with to avoid making my health a priority. I still don't have time, I still don't like to cook, I don't always feel motivated, and sometimes I still don't like to exercise....just keeping it REAL✌🏻

I work full time plus I have a side business coaching others. I have a project list a mile long. I have a house to take care of and a circus of animals to tend to. Life is BUSY to say the least. But I had to stop making excuses and I had to start making my health a priority.

My at home workouts save me so much time and this new 20 minute program releasing soon is going to be GOLD!! My meal plan is so easy that I used to feel like I must have been doing something wrong. When I don't feel motivated, I have a community of ladies who push me to keep going. And the craziest part, it costs me less than what I used to spend on gym memberships👊🏻

We owe it to ourselves, to our family, and to our future to stop making excuses and create the life we want. Stop waiting, stop wishing and make it happen. You are worth it🖤

And now? I actually love working in the evenings. I enjoy building new friendships and helping others start their journey and create successful businesses. Why? Because I am also working for MY dream and serving MY purpose.
Putting in the work now to create a stable future and financial freedom for my family is SO worth every minute of it.
Guys, we really CAN have it all! We don’t have to stay stuck where we are right now. All it takes is a decision to change💗

I feel incredibly blessed to come from a family of strong women and my grandma was one of them. She worked hard for everything she had and always put others first before herself. Our family lost a true gem but the legacy that she leaves behind will forever be remembered. Love you gram💗

I remember the first time I attempted at home workouts. It was 2011 and I had asked my now ex-husband to burn a copy of P90X for me. I legit didn’t even want to pay for it because I knew in the back of my mind I wouldn’t stick with it.

I barely made it 5 minutes into the first workout and I gave up. I spent the rest of the time sitting on the floor watching them workout on the TV💀

I didn’t think I had it in me. I didn’t like to workout and I felt like taking 30-40 minutes out of my day to workout was completely out of the question. So I decided joining a gym was the better option. Because I mean, why not spend the time to drive there, workout, then drive home? Seemed logical🤷🏼‍♀️

That lasted for two weeks until I quit. I continued to pay for that gym membership for TWO years and never stepped foot in the gym.

I had all of the tools I needed to succeed right in front of me, but the one thing I didn’t have was a strong WHY. I knew I had over 30lbs to lose, but I didn’t have a PURPOSE behind it. That’s why we start things and quit as soon as the motivation runs out. If we want to succeed in anything, we absolutely have to have a WHY and PURPOSE attached to it. If you have those two things, the sky is the limit🙌🏻💗

If we stop and think about it though, do you think any of the influential people in our lives or in this world have it ALL figured out? Or do you think they just know that they want more and take the risk?

One thing I have learned is that staying in that comfort zone for fear or failing is far worse than actually stepping out and going for it. We get one shot at life and we owe it to ourselves to make it count💗
