This is the side to dealing with lupus I hardly ever show. September was a rough month both physically, emotionally and mentally draining at times. There has been so much on my plate from school, work and my internship. Then going back forth to doctors because I was having different issues with my blood work and having extreme fatigue. There have been times I felt like giving up. However Christ has been giving me strength to get through each day. I'm thankful for my friends and family that have consistently check in or me and encouraged me that this is only a season. Today I took a health day to just rest no school, work, internship nothing. Dealing with lupus I have to remind myself it's okay to be tired, or I can't hangout today or I can't come or I just can't. Always check in on your friends and family whether they have a autoimmune disease or not we all need prayers and encouragement no matter how strong they may be.
