🤓INTRODUCING🤓 our new Resident Artist and Touring Company Actor for 2019 - the incomparable Brie Jurss! Brie will be touring with us throughout the entirety of the year and we're very excited to have her on board! Check 'er out: Brie is a Brisbane-based professional actor, voiceover artist and workshop facilitator who is passionate about connection and story. She graduated from the University of Southern Queensland in 2015 and spent her first two years in the industry teaching young people and performing Shakespeare and poetry inspired shows with The Grin & Tonic Theatre Troupe. Since working with Grin & Tonic, Brie has trained extensively with SAFDi (Society of Australian Fight Directors) where she learnt a variety of fighting styles in stage combat. Brie also performed in a rehearsed reading for Queensland Theatre’s Young Playwrights Award, reading for Micki in “PI IN THE SKY.” Additionally, Brie works as an actor for Hooray Entertainment Services where she performs interactive comedy shows for Brisbane venues, fundraisers and corporate events. Off the stage, Brie continues to work as a freelance voiceover artist and is currently a part of the MEAA Actors Equity branch council. Welcome to the fam, Brie!
