“A Daughter’s Journey” has found her new home. This Dallas designer, Susie Borg, bought this piece for her own daughter, who turns 25 today! It warms my heart to know this piece is landing exactly where it was intended to be. We added a beautiful scripture, to remind her to stay focused in this life to where your heart leads you.....❤️
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything else you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23
Detail shots of a diptych Commission. One way I try to make an original feel even more connective & personal is to incorporate children’s birthdate & letters of their name, etc. This client wanted it muted and only obvious to her. See if you can find the letters R, J and A in these!
My subconscious seems to always pull at the visions from memories of scuba diving. I’m drawn to the shapes and colors of the coral reef lifeforms, Sea-fans, schools of fish, bubbles coming from my oxygen tank, etc. It’s my underworld Heaven!
Fluid Art is one of those mediums where the “control” is to release it. You can choose colors, chemicals and manipulate somewhat, but the beauty comes spontaneously and beautifully melds together, making each piece truly one of a kind.
