Into the deep and don’t look back. Because in this life of body and soul, the only truth is your time is limited, do not limit yourself, do not hesitate, venture into the art of feeling, because you only have this moment once....
Changes and training.
Currently sitting at around 7-8% and find this maintainable, I feel best when I’m at this Body-fat level not only energy wise but body confidence. I still have the odd treat, I’m not totally strict, but that’s what keeps you on track long term, or for me it does. -
So the main reason for the post was I’ve had a growing desire of late to move away from training based purely on physique sculpting or aesthetics as you would a bodybuilder split!! I’ve done it for ages and ages and ages, and I still enjoy it but the time has come to start evolving my training, mainly to keep me stimulated and keep things exciting, I’ve been incorporating more explosive Box jumps, definitely want to leap to my own height (work in progress but so far so good), kettlebells, sledges and other functional things. I also think it would be super cool to start learning some basics callisthenics, for those who aren’t sure what that is, it’s exercises using purely your body weight. -
Understanding your body is key and I know despite these training changes I can still maintain the physique I want when my diet is strong, high protein and hitting my daily macros. Like they say you can’t out-train a bad diet. 💪🏽
