This is a screenshot of our paused workout video. This is after one of the THREE rounds of HIIT we had to endure after demolishing our legs with lifting. This is us on the struggle bus big time.... but this is us NOT GIVING UP.

We pushed each other. We encouraged each other. We laughed when we felt like our legs were literal noodles not capable of holding our weight. We looked at each other in pain.... which turned into giggles. We got it done.
•
Finding someone to push you, to hold you accountable, to keep you on track is SO, SO vital to your success on a health and fitness journey. So find a friend, join a group, get your significant other or some family member on board and keep each other going! It makes such a difference, and you’ll thank me for the amazing idea 😉💁🏼‍♀️

We show up because being on this journey together is so much more fun. We show up because on days when we’re tired, we need the other for encouragement. We show up because we want to show our girls that health is important. We show up because we want to be around to show up 50+ years from now.✌🏻
You guys, it doesn’t have to be crazy. It doesn’t have to be hard. It just has to be SOMETHING. Go for a walk. Take a hike. Play with your kids on the playground. Lift weights. Do yoga. Just get up and MOVE, and don’t take your body and your abilities for granted ❤️

My newest group kicks off in two weeks and is all about balance. In addition to the usual fitness and nutrition portion provided, we will be focusing on mental strength and emotional growth as well. I will also be giving tips/tricks on staying balanced/organized when our schedules can get a bit overwhelming.

There will still be rest days. 🙌🏻
There will still be “treats.” 🍷🍫
There will still be gains. 💪🏻😉

And most importantly? You will ENJOY a BALANCED life.

When you feel like you’re KILLING that mom life/girl boss life (you know- house chores done, fed & played with the kids AND worked your business), and then you drop your kids off at daycare and walk away to the sound of your baby screaming 😩😩 clinging on to that high from this morning and reminding myself of all the GOOD that is coming out of our new normal ❤️ #strongmamaraisinstrongbabies

I STRUGGLE with being a product of the product.
•
Working out? Easy peasy. That’s never been an issue for me. My body has always craved physical activity and I enjoy it, so following our fitness programs has never felt like a chore. But nutrition? That’s an entirely different story.
•
Eating well... eating the right amounts... meal prepping- IT’S HARD. And some days (weeks?)- quite frankly, I suck.
•
But today, I’m making a commitment. Not to be perfect, but to be BETTER. To commit to a breakfast, lunch and dinner that nourish my body, not just satisfy what I think I want. I commit to knowing that treats and snacks are okay, but to not overdo it. I commit to enjoying my life, but treating my body well.
•
Why am I making this commitment? Because when I do so, I FEEL better. I perform better. And to be honest, I look better which is always a confidence booster.
•
I am also commiting to more daily personal development, because when I take care of my mind as well as I take care of my body, I KNOW I’m a better mom, wife, friend, daughter, sister, and coach.
•
I think I’m going to CRUSH this week, and move onto crushing the entire month of August... I want to feel healthy, confident and ALIVE. So here’s to a better me 💗💗 what are YOU doing today to better yourself?

Sunday morning vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, lawn mowing and weeding fueled by this delicious superfoods shake that tastes that a Reese’s milkshake.🙌🏻🌱 Energy, healthy digestion, weight maintenance..... oh and did I mention it keeps my hair, skin and nails healthy AF? 💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ Feeling healthy and energized never tasted so.damn.good. ✌🏻
