I think its an incredibly important subject and it perfectly coincides with my Spiritual evolution as it may well do, yours.

We can preach SELF LOVE  till the cows come home, but are we really truly living it from within?

Firstly.  STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE.  Just because you dont LOOK like that Instagram chick you so badly admire DOES NOT mean you're not fucking PERFECT exactly how you stand in this moment. Comparison really is the thief of all joy. Stop comparing yourself to that girl or dude.

How beautiful it is to be deliberately ignorant to what everyone else is doing? Don't know? Try it! You'll love it. When it comes to this, just think, no one else exists!

If you let yourself think you're not good enough to post that selfie or boomerang that may show some wobbly bits you may very well not only be dimming your light but taking someone else's light away, too. By living authentically you allow others to do the same. 
I can't tell how many times I've come across other women on here with them clearly giving ZERO fucks, where it's made me go...SHIT Yeah! Gives me the boost I need. It's a positive Domino Effect! Don't you want to be apart of that collective energy? We are by nature co-creators, lets create!

You always, always hold the power to throw yourself in and out of alignment..... understand though, if you're not in alignment for any reason, this is not necessarily a bad thing.  Whilst we find ourselves out of it, this presents contrast in our lives. Contrast is very necessary. It helps birth new desires in us.. however if you're at the point where you are READY to get back into alignment, you can... How? Many different ways. It can be as small as...thinking thoughts that FEEL good to you. What ever that may be, let momentum gather that way. Or you can DO things that FEEL good,  Music, Exercise, Dancing... you'll find it won't take long to move out of your head, into your body, thus shifting your vibration and tuning your frequency into a better station. - V x

If you've ever been one to binge or over eat, weight issues, food hang ups and just a general bad relationship with food and eating then THIS one is for you.

I come from a background of self loathing and the biggest part of that comes from my relationship with food. I could trail back and tell you it had a lot to do with a sadistic Father who didn't treat his family 'right' however I've come too far in my journey to understand that it was all apart of the necessary contrast to get me right to this point where I am at this very moment.

Whilst that was definitely me in the past I feel like I overcome most of it, I can't say its completely gone but I have learnt so much with how I can soothe myself into a better way, now.

When I sit down to eat I 'try' and focus only on the food. No phone or distractions, eat slowly and mindfully so I can really taste all the flavors and most important  part of it all....GRATITUDE in what ever it is I'm consuming.

When it comes down to it, it REALLY doesn't matter what you EAT. It matters what you've aligned yourself with what feels good to you.

I'm very passionate about this subject, I could go on and on. However, I just want to get across to you that its SO IMPORTANT to not condemn food and especially people's choices in food. What's good for your body is not good for someone else's body. There is no BLANKET choice for everyone. 
Do YOUR best to ask intuitively what it is your inner-being desires and go with that.

Remember, you can never get it wrong, it's all about how you FEEL.
