On March 29, 2005 I had the distinct pleasure of bringing home my beloved boy, Mister. He was a rescue from the shelter, only 4 months old, and had traveled from Kentucky to a no-kill shelter where he decided to pick me as his forever home. My grandfather had to co-sign with me as I was too young to adopt a dog on my own. Mister has been my companion, my best friend, and my support. He has loved me, my husband, my family, my cousins, nieces, and nephews unconditionally and given us nothing by total devotion throughout his life. Today 4 months shy of his 14th birthday he has joined my grandfather in the blueberry field in the sky. In honor of the year he found us, we raise a glass of 2018 Old Forrester BB. I love you Mister- unconditionally and forever.
