Find a Way or Find an Excuse. Yea I have a broken big toe and it’s not a crazy injury, but I still need to do cardio and workout because I want to stay healthy and fit. We all have something that could block us from doing what we want. (Time, injuries, family, work, school, etc.) What it really comes down to is will you find a way or an excuse. I’ve learned over the years that not everything is easy (shit can be challenging) but just show up and do what you can each day. You’ll find what you’re looking for that way! .
So what I did today was 2,000 total meters on the Ski Erg and 2,000 total meters on the Row. Then went on to do other exercises.

I broke my left big toe! It’s okay though because I’m still going to do what I can. ❤️ I never tried pistol squats while holding a 45 lbs plate before, so I did it for the Gram lol. I’ll be trying out a lot of new exercises that work around this injury 💪 #NoExcuses#StayFit and #DoWhatYouCan 🙇♂️
