365 days of pure magic with 31south🔻
I can’t possibly imagine life without these fellas and the adventure we are on right now. They have filled my heart with more hope and intent than I imagined possible. They have shown me that the highs far outweigh the lows of entrepreneurship and together, anything is possible. We push each other to show up every damn day and we call ourselves out on our bullshit. I’d put this team up against anyone in the world because our belief in each other and will to succeed is unmatched. Most of all, we are family.
People do not buy goods and services. They buy relations, stories, and magic ✨✌️⚡️ Huge shoutout to the team @skylinepark for bringing the magic this morning and Atlanta for showing up with that sunrise 🎡
Beyond excited to join @tagyoungpros as the keynote speaker of the 4th Annual One In A Millennial Awards on 9/13 at @moxieusa 📌
Truly inspired by a best-in-class lineup of nominees to deliver a message that is authentically powerful and inspires a relentless mindset.

Almost 16 years ago to the date, I had just made the cross Atlantic trip to play D1 tennis at @murraystateuniv and as part of our pre-season conditioning the team had to run a sub (maybe) 7:00 minute mile 🎾
With the metric system in mind and leaving behind winter temps in South Africa, I started around the track while football trained in the center and the track team started warming up. I maybe made a lap around before running out of steam 🤷♀️ Soon enough there was a track kid running next to me to help me cross the finish line.
I’ve never forgotten that moment and to this day he still shows up no matter what or where we are in our lives.
Today he stopped by to say hello on his 14-hour drive down to Florida to take on a new coaching position.
I’m thankful beyond words, go get ‘em champ 🏃♀️
here for the mane attraction 🦁 #worldlionday
here’s what you need to know: just over a century ago, there were more than 200,000 wild lions living in africa. today, there are only about 20,000; lions are extinct in 26 african countries.
In 1956, 20,000 women marched against pass laws: apartheid laws curtailing freedom of movement for people of color. Today, South Africa salutes the women who have fought for us over the years and those who continue to do so in various roles across the nation. And to this incredible woman, I owe everything ❤️🇿🇦✊
Summer nights like these remind me of Highveld thunderstorms in South Africa. As a Jo’burger it’s one of the simplest pleasures I miss the most. It’s also one of the reasons I love Atlanta, for little reminders about the motherland ✌️🌍⚡️
A few months ago I landed in Atlanta on a red-eye following a 36 hour turnaround from the west coast ✈️ In the fog of the first year of entrepreneurship I remember walking through the terminal wondering if I had just landed at home or if I was about to board a plane. It was in this moment I knew that in order to continue at this pace, I had to surround myself with a team that supported my wellbeing, too. We seek to surround ourselves with A-players in our professional lives, but we don’t often do the same from a personal perspective. Whatever this looks like for you; be it yoga 🧘♀️ meditation, chiropractic care, personal training, meal service, cryotherapy, etc., I hope you find that alignment. I’ve shared before I’m not a huge believer in (stagnation) work-life balance, but rather the alignment of the two. Alignment with your goals, vision, and livelihood. For me, I’m especially thankful to @compasschiroatl for the life changing impact they’ve had over the past few months. I can’t speak highly enough of their care and support in getting me to bounce outta bed every morning and sleep soundly. Find your alignment friends, you’ll be better for it while you’re grinding in the office ✌️ p.s. I wish this was a paid ad 😏
spend saturday nights with those who set your soul on fire, who bring the magic out of you. life is too short to wait for big moments and the accumulation of celebrations. pretty damn f’ing thankful for these two 💋🥂🍴
