Lemon and garlic hummus πŸ‹
1 can chickpeas
2 T tahini 
1 t garlic
1 t cumin
2-3 T olive oil
Juice of 1 large lemon (or 2 small)
Salt and pepper
Here I topped with some coriander, rock salt and chilli flakes.
Chuck it in a blender and whiz it up!!! Easy. For a different flavour combo try adding beetroot, sundried tomatoes, or kumara πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
