It has probably been a couple of years that I’ve played with this Wheel Variation. 🤷🏾♀️
So today I revisited it, after a few people have been asking what should they do to get into it.
Rule #1 : if you love or care anything about your elbows having skin don’t attempt.
Rule #2 : Eat a hearty meal, cause you’ll be working and using so many muscles you didn’t imagine you had.
Rule #3 : don’t be stupid, if you don’t know how to swim, please don’t practice this next to areas that have deep waters, cause you may slip off your elbows into water and that will be it.
I will be practicing this posture for the remaining of summer and hoping I can post a progress with cues, cues of what I feel in my body, so that everyone can relate too.
