You know I love my @erincondren products and making them work for me! So I did a thing with my On-The-Go Folio! I turned it into rings! 😱
This way I can utilize the daily and have the ENTIRE year in here vs 4 separate books. (I’m waiting for my Apr-Dec daily planners to arrive). When closed, there’s a little bit of overhang, but not too much where it bothers me. Make the products work for YOU!
C-man had to interview someone (aside from his parents) so he chose me and asked me questions regarding TV from when I was a kid to today.
He starts off one of the questions with: “I hope this doesn’t offend you, but your first TV, did it have color?” 😂😂😂 How old do you think I am?! (Although last night he asked, “You’re at least 30, right?” His sister quickly responds with “Of course she is...remember, she’s 39!”😂).
My latest @erincondren haul! I LOVE the reusable bags so when I saw the latest hexagon design, I had to get a couple!
Since coming out with the table top calendar, I’ve purchased it every year. I also reuse the box it comes in; it works great as an organizer in a desk drawer or just sitting out on my desk!
Now that Friendsgiving is over, I always make notes about the dinner party-food, decor, misc to keep in mind for next year!
The only thing that would make the @erincondren petite meal planner better is to have a section for notes on these dinner party meal plan pages!
It’s so easy to get caught up in showing the “reel” life instead of real life. You know, where you only show highlights of your life.
Yesterday I posted a pic of my very messy and disorganized desk surrounded with boxes and packages. That was real life. I could have just taken the pic after I cleaned everything up and posted a clean and organized space. But to be honest those days are few and in between. Not because we have a dirty or messy home, but because we are busy with work and life.
This holiday season I’ve see so many curated pictures of Christmas trees, coffee/beverage bars, beautifully decorated mantles, etc. If you fully decorate your home for the holidays and find joy in that, GREAT! But this post by one of my friends on FB sums it up so well.
While it’s fun to post the “reel” life, don’t forget to keep it REAL sometimes too.
It’s a Peanut and PJ kind of day.
After an extremely busy and long week, we enjoyed hosting our annual Friendsgiving last night.
Today is all about relaxation and not doing a single thing. Do I feel guilty? NOPE. Don’t ever feel guilty for taking time for yourself and just being. It’s necessary.
Well this wasn’t on my agenda for today. Slipped on ice at a restaurant earlier.
I don’t have time for this and normally I wouldn’t go to urgent care... I’d ice it and suck it up so I know it’s bad when I do go to urgent care.
I still have a lot of work and packing to do tonight and a super long day tomorrow, so I knew I had to come in and see a Doctor before flying out of town for the rest of the week and it potentially getting worse.
I have to remind myself that I come first and I have to take care of stubborn self. Work will still be there when I get back. (Or I may have brought my laptop so I can keep working while I sit in urgent care 😂)
I’ve been going non stop since 5am with a lot more work to still get done today. However, my goal this week is to workout 3 times. With traveling for work later in the week, I won’t have time, so taking a break from work to get in a last minute training session with my trainer is a must!
My work will be there when I get back but right now I’m focusing on ME and accomplishing my goals.
I ran out of steam. Shoveling this by hand is a workout! It was probably covered with about 3” of heavy snow.
To give you some perspective...this is about the size of a tennis court. I am exhausted! Off to have to chocolate now! 😂
