I don't always put flowers on my smoothie 🌼 (this is actually the only time in my life so far), but I DO almost always use the same basic ingredients as a base:
•1-2 really ripe Frozen Bananas
•Non-dairy Milk or Water
Then I add either:
•Blueberries (tastes like pie)
•Dates and extra Vanilla (vanilla dream cookie)
•Cacao (decadent chocolate)
When I want to be extra healthy I'll add:
•Spinach or Kale •Flax, Chia, or Hemp seeds
•Various other superfoods of my heart's desire!

For sandwich making, I use my sister's tried and true recipe of 1 smiley face amount of mustard 😋 Perfect every time! 👌
After eating our way around LA all weekend, we decided paddling a Swan Boat around the lake would count as a spin class 👍 (although I kept getting accused of not doing any of the paddling)! 😅

Being a stereotypical vegan who goes to a Mexican restaurant and orders the salad 🥗🤣 I love nachos and burgers and pizza as much as the next person, but I also love to eat as many leafy greens as possible everyday!

Hike + Brunch @littlepinerestaurant is a mandatory combo while in LA ☀️ Here we have the Sausage Sliders with caramelized onions, roasted fennel, and pickled onion on everything buns. Also, French Toast, Avocado Toast and, not pictured, my new most favorite thing: Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup 😍😍😍
