✔Bench Press: +20kg ✔Squat: +30kg
✔Deadlift: +35kg
✔Chin Up: 3 reps all out -> 8/8/7 ✔much lower bodyfat percentage

Little disclaimer: I know these pictures aren't perfectly comparable since the lightning and angle are quite different but I think the progress that has been made is still obvious, especially if you take a look at the numbers. .
After 3 months of Coaching Jannik made some great progress but lost track a bit cause life isn't always only about lifting and sometimes other things are more important 😉.
The he decided to give it another push with the training and nutritional tools he learned and got from the Coaching - with great success. Awesome Progress within the 9 months between the two pictures. .

A little update from my own training after some quiet weeks. 
There have been some quite significant changes. 
At the moment: ✔ currently in a caloric deficite - strength gains have to wait 😁
✔4 sessions à 75-90min including conditioning. ✔Less focus on strength - higher rep ranges

Priorities change from time to time.
For most people out there your life shouldn't be organized around your training but your training around your life. 
Most goals of "non-competitive-lifters" can be achieved with much less time than most people think IF you train and eat smart.

After only one mesocycle of going back to the sumo deadlift Jannis hit an easy unplanned, unpeaked and fatigued all time PR while being much leaner compared to hos previous PR. ✔Unspecific training phase has paid off ✔still plenty of room to progress
