August Art Month continues! Join us this Sunday (August 19) from 2-4pm for a painting demonstration from talented artist Joanne Licardo. Licardo studied with Master painter Jan Saether for many years, picking up old master skills which she loves to teach to others. In the past, she only created works in a classical style, but has recently been experimenting with an abstract approach. Many of her pieces have a wonderful sense of whimsy to them, in addition to some surrealist elements. We can't wait to see you at this fun and informative event!

Major Changes in Store at the Lawrence Gallery!
Gary Lawrence, founder of Lawrence Gallery, is retiring after forty-one years of successfully promoting original art. Gary's son, Bradley Lawrence, and his wife Heidi intend to carry on the gallery business online, while the gallery property is put up for sale. The property will remain open through the fall, and will present special shows to celebrate its grand finale, including a fun surprise for everyone to enjoy in September.
We thank you for being with us all these years, and hope you continue to enjoy art with us as we undergo this transition!
