Hot Apple cider, weekend filled with friends, fellowship at church and cheesy Christmas movies was the perfect way to start this holiday week. Thankful, thankful, thankful, my heart is full.
Cohen often hates riding in the grocery cart because he wants to be like his siblings. I always tell him he can’t get out unless he holds my hand. Yesterday he grunted and kept pointing at Tanner and Tanner immediately understood his little grunts and offered to hold his hand. Lainey jumped right in and they walked this way through the entire store. Motherhood often makes me feel like I’m doing nothing right, and then right before my eyes I get nuggets of gold that remind me just how amazing this adventure is. 💕
As we were leaving he said “it was cool of you to come with today mom”. He mostly wanted to sit with his friends and catch chickens, but building these memories are some of my favorite parts of life. Because somehow in the fast paced day to day things watching him catch a chicken and snuggle a turkey, I am reminded that the smallest moments really are the biggest. .
When I decided to leave my job as a chiropractors assistant to stay home with my son it felt like a dream come true. A huge part of me though really missed seeing the patients, building relationships and seeing lives transformed. I never would have imagined years later I’d be building a wellness business from my home, hanging with my kids, building relationships and my favorite part...watching lives being transformed. .
