After workout nutrition- does it matter?
Yes! After doing a heavy workout, your body needs to recover. Having a protein shake with some carbs, refills your energy  storage and gives you enough protein to prevent muscle loss and stimulate a formation of new muscle. So drink up!

What do you do when you lack motivation to work out after a long work day?
-set a schedule to workout. Your brain will get use to a schedule and you can prepare the day to make it happen.
-drink plenty of water during the day to help with your energy.
- don't go home! If you go to the gym, go straight from work or if you workout at home, go straight and do it!
- set up goals. Without goals, it's difficult to stay on track.
- measure your progress by taking pictures. Once you see your progress, you will want to keep going. -make sure to plug in every day!

Some people had asked me this. Why not? It's free, you can do your own routines at your pace, if you are a parent, you can have time with your family while doing a quick workout, it's convenient, you can do it at any time and you don't have to share any gym bugs (for real).
Gym it's fun, you can socialize, and have plenty of equipment. Sometimes you have to do what works for you. At this stage of my life, this works.

I have been doing only 23 minutes of exercise a day doing #TLE #theladiesedge  for a month and falling in love with the results.
