This is baby shrimp, a couple of kinds of mushrooms, some Thai Green Curry paste in the fridge and coconut milk in the pantry.

Threw these and some more things into a pot and made some Thai Shrimp, Coconut and Mushroom soup with three kinds of mushrooms.

Spicy, creamy, warming and umami filled - tasted great with a generous squeeze of lime. Perfect dinner for that beautiful, rainy evening. โ€ข
