Omelette with veggies and healthy fats keeping me full for hours!
Prepared in under 15 minutes.
One pan + 7 ingredients.
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
25 grams broccoli sprouts
3 free range eggs
100 grams mushrooms
1 small courgette / zucchini
1. Heat cast iron pan to medium high.
2. Add 1/2 of the oil.
3. Roughly chop the mushrooms + courgettes and add to the pan.
4. Add the thyme to release and infuse its essential oils.
5. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
6. Remove the Veg from pan.
7. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add the other 1/2 of oil. Then add eggs to the pan.
8. Allow to set and slowly roll up the sides with a strong spatula. I use a bamboo one!
9. Whilst omelette is cooking. Prepare the avocado + wash the sprouts well.

I lightly heated them with residue heat Increasing bioavailability of sulforaphene as mentioned by @foundmyfitness youtube videos.

Keto Cauliflower Rice Chicken Biriyani by @iheartspice 😍
Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of yogurt, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala and keep it aside for about 2 hrs- the longer the better .
Sauté some onions in oil and add some more ginger garlic paste and once the onions turn translucent add tomato purée .. once the oil starts to ooze out , add the marinated chicken pieces along with a paste of coconut and cashews.
Cook it over medium heat.. once the chicken pieces are about 75% done, add the cauliflower and let it cook. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves for flavor and garnish
