MOTIVATION⬇️
Today was one of the worst days I’ve had in the gym. I was literally so unmotivated, tired for no reason and just was annoyed...again..NO REASON. I am here to tell you I have those days. I’m not always excited to go to the gym but I do. Why? Because I have goals. I have discipline and that’s where people usually fail. they will come up with a million and ten excuses to not go..but that one reason to go should drive you there.
If you don’t want to make your goals happen, then keep making excuses, but it won’t get you anywhere I promise you. 
Im not going to sugar coat stuff. That’s what you need to make your goals come true, plain and simpleπŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
If you buy a workout plan but don’t workout or do half of it... you have nobody else to blame but yourself. -

LEFT: 2016. Weight: 125. This is not where I started my journey. I started with an extra 60 pounds. However, this picture when I was a cardio bunny with little weights. I still thought I was buff πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I also was not eating nearly enough. Only 1200 with burning up to 800 cals per day. NOT GOOD! -
RIGHT: 2018. Weight 140. Eating more than ever! Lifting hard and actually knowing proper workouts and having a good workout split. Nutrition is everything and is the only thing that will make you grow your muscles. Slowly growing the shoulders since I’ve been lacking 😱 growth takes time. This is 2 years of weightlifting. Growth and weight loss takes time.
