Took a year off the mitts and forgot just how much I love it. Thanks coach @dels9_ofit for the work!! Adding boxing into my weekly routine. Get that cardio up while toning the abs, arms, back etc etc. 💪🏼❤️
Leg Day! Here’s some of what I did today to hit the 🍑...
1️⃣ Reverse hack squat 3x20
2️⃣ Hip Thrusters w/ Band 3x 20 together, 10 right leg, 10 left leg.
3️⃣ Reverse hyper extension 3x20.
4️⃣ Deadlift- pulse w/ T Bar 3x 20.
5️⃣ Single leg press/ single leg diagonal press 3x 15 each way then switch legs. .
Shout out to @saiyanstrengthgym in Santa Rosa. Such a dope gym. I love places with all different kinds of equipment. Variety is everything 🙌🏼
For me the hardest part of sticking to a plan has always been the diet. I love healthy foods but don’t always have the time or energy to make each meal. That’s why I highly recommend using a solid meal prep company to do all the work for you. @ofitmeals is the best!! Everything is super fresh and weighed out perfectly for you. No excuses! 😜❤️ xo
The Motto! I love going to different cities and trying out different classes and studios. SLT in Chelsea was a super fun and challenging Megaformer Pilates class. I love incorporating these kind of workouts in my routine to hit those little muscles. All about variety 💪🏼
** Legs / Back / Abs ** hitting multiple body parts today!.
✖️Step backs on reverse hack squat machine.
✖️Step back lunge- row- step up .
✖️Lat pull downs .
✖️Single leg hamstring curls (not videoed).
✖️Dumbbell crescent rows.
✖️Ball knee tucks w/ rock back.
✖️Sled push & rope pull.
** I did everything circuit style, 3 exercises together at a time for 3 sets, 20-16-14 reps with increasing weight each set. And the sled by itself. Try it out! 👌🏼
