I’ve gained about 10lbs over the last month and a half and I hate the way I feel. I’m eating too many carbs, drinking and smoking too much, and neglecting my sleep. It’s time to turn this all around because I feel awful. I’m going to start by getting back to the basics with keto and a 16/8 eating window.
