How bad do you want to be great? πŸ€“ Form work, core work, and hitting accessories isn’t the fun stuff but it is essential to make great progress and be better each day. Post squat/deadlift form work. My shoulders have been coming over the bar while conventional deadlifting lately, causing the bar to be too far forward and causing a bit of lower back rounding. In order to change my bad habits did a jillion high rep low weight deficits to hopefully start to rewrite some muscle memory. πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ–€πŸ’›πŸ–€
(Also just saying I ran after this and it was hellish that is allπŸ–€)

Team has been asking me about nutrition, been loosely following an @rpstrength fat loss template. (Slowly cutting to 159 by Nov 10) Mostly trying to fit the macros per meal because King Hall doesn’t offer their recommended foods. Making it work though and I can tell a significant difference in the way I feel during workouts when I follow it v when I don’t.

It also puts into words the reason I love working out so much - it does so much more than just change your body. Training transforms your character and can develop and strengthen traits such as, integrity, dedication, and resilience. 10/10 recommend.
