I had such a fun weekend in New York! The Harry Potter exhibit at the Historical Society was a highlight—especially everything that JK Rowling donated from her personal archives. My favorite was her outline from Order of the Phoenix. She used graph paper to track the movements of every single character throughout the book’s timeline (with separate columns for things like “what Harry knows about the prophecy”)!
And thank you to @lizmcgee12 and @stacykaplan5 for coming to Mean Girls the Musical with me!! 😂💖
How amazing is this #bookstagram wall? The flowers are made of book pages printed on purple & gold paper! Now if only I had something this inspirational in my office 😆 Thank you to @thekinkaidschool for hosting me at book fair this year!

Had the best @epicreads event last night at the most magical bookstore!! Huge thanks to @squarebooks and @sami.says.read for making the night so special.
(How cool is this staircase?! If you look closely, you’ll notice that we each stood on a step that resonated with us. I got the espresso step—not sure what that says about me... ☕️🙃)
I can’t believe we’ve reached the end of this series! It feels so surreal, and painfully bittersweet. I’ve spent the last four years falling in love with (and sometimes wresting with!) these characters, and letting go of them is harder than I could have imagined.
A huge thank you is due to everyone who made The Thousandth Floor trilogy possible—@joellehobeika and the entire team at @alloyentertainment, the brilliant @emiliorated and everyone at @harpercollinsch and @epicreads, and most of all, to all of *you* who've read the series. Books are magic—the most powerful magic that we have here on earth—but that magical alchemy only happens once you guys pick them up & start to read. Until that moment, they are just beautiful (sparkly!) stacks of paper.
(PS. Swipe right for the surprise narrator in The Towering Sky… who saw this one coming? Who’s ready?!)
