hello from down under!!!โ˜€๏ธiโ€™ve been doing only outdoor activities and I feel so light and agile and HAPPY ENDORPHINS (+ very tan lolz). the Aussie sun is wayyyy stronger- itโ€™s summertime here and the sweat shreds are realll. to make your own circuit workout: combine a few of these exercises together and repeat 3-5x. be creative, there are no rules! just watch your form and give it 110% effort. ๐Ÿ˜‰(knee to tuck jumps, squat to shoulder press, jump lunges, plank shoulder taps, jump rope, high knees, sprints, burpees, box jumps, etc). training for me has always been about emotional fitness first, then functionality/athleticism and lastly aesthetics/the body is a BONUS. this trip has been so enriching and refreshing #fromtheinsideout so I want to give a big thank you @activeescapes for having me! I was thrown completely out of my element and have met so many amazing humans from around the world. 3 more days to go before homebound. ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธOK ALSO please appreciate how nicely the music matches up to the movements, this wasnโ€™t an accident + took me way too long to edit, sโ€™oddly satisfying.๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ @gymshark๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’—
