My favorite favorite part of being a trainer is running with my clients to their different #milestones Everyone has different goals, obviously. Everyone wants to be confident in their own skin, their own space. I met Stacy @stacy_katexh she had this amazing drive and energy. Literally off the wall 0-100. We trained. We got to where we needed to be. Then boom pregnancy came. That didn't stop us. We went to the Chalk board and looked at what she wanted. And we got there. And then little baby Kalli came. What we are saying is, life happens but that should not deter you from YOU
