Join us for #yogisfindingbalance - six days of finding grounding through our practice from the floor to our feet.
For many of us, yoga has been a source of our finding balance and grounding in life on and off the mat.
Over these six days, we will be focusing on some of our favourite balances which have helped us find grounding, flight, and more, on our paths of yoga. It will be accessible with options for all levels so please join us. •
