Incredible performance last night from Paul Hobbs wines with Chef Alex’s incredible pairings. It was a special treat to have Master Sommelier Dan Pilkey attend and beautifully illustrate the story of the wines. The Yacoubian-Hobbs Areni with local roasted leg of goat was fantastic.
