Slice your potatoes as Thin as posible.
Blanch the potatoe slices
Mix with salt and vinegar
Dehidrate until crispy (1.30 hours at least)
Sweetener of choice
Blend everything until the water turns white, strain the liquid to obtain a completely liquid substance (I strained it twice). Don't throw away the remaining blended hazel nuts you can use it for vegan cheese making, add it to cakes or incorporate it in your smoothies to add nutrients.
