A little tip for all the over thinkers out there.
When you wake up in the morning. Grab a pen and a bit of paper and just write what ever comes to mind. Spend 15 minutes just writing. Wither it's positive/negative just get it down on paper.
It'll free up the rest of your day to concentrate on what really matters instead of being chewed up by all the thoughts buzzing around your brain.
Writing helps crystallise your thoughts into tangible information.
