Beach workout today, you can do this anywhere!!! ☀️ 🌊.
1️⃣ lunge kick 10x ea. Side
2️⃣ jump squat in & out touch 10x
3️⃣ jump squat low in & out hands behind head (better posture/more core engagement)
4️⃣ side shuffles down/back repeat other side 20x each
5️⃣ curtsey lunge 10x standing side oblique crunch 10x, repeat other side.
6️⃣ high skipping 10x down and back
Repeat 2-3x through

Protein pumpkin pancakes 🥞. Mikey enjoyed eating these 😋. I dislike the taste of straight eggs but this is a perfect way to hide them in my food while getting all the health benefits. It was actually my wonderful ND Dr. that gave me the idea to hide them in the form of a healthy pancake, while still getting the nutrient benefits of eating the whole egg, including yolk. Keep in mind not all eggs 🥚 are equal so I do my best to only buy organic or from the local farmers market.

This lengthens the front of the thighs/hip flexors & reminds you to keep your core stable and turn on your seat, sorry no cheating the hamstring & booty work here!

When my mom comes to town we workout! I love catching up over a good lunch on occasion but we prefer cooking at my house. Instead we took a yoga class together and finished with a workout/walk on the manhattan beach stairs. Walking is my favorite way to chat and catch up while getting in some movement!
