“Some people want it to happen, some wish it to happen, others make it happen.” You can want or wish something to happen all you want, but at the end of the day, YOU, and only you, are the one that can make it happen! It might not be easy. You might have to take a break. You might need to pause to breathe. You might need to modify. You might need to sit on the floor afterwards! But DON’T GIVE UP! Fight for it!

One year ago on the left, I had only been a few months into my health & fitness journey. I had SOOO many days that I just wanted to skip working out. I never once gave up on working on ME! While this journey has not always been easy, it has been so rewarding! *

“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” Talk about TOUGH! There were so many times in just 30 minutes that I thought to give up! Why??? It was HARD AF! Here is something I’ve learned about me over the past year: I REFUSE to give up! So yes, I paused, I modified, and I even took a second to breath, but I never gave up! *

You will come across obstacles in your life that challenge you to your core! Believe me, you will LEARN from those obstacles. You will find a way to OVERCOME those obstacles. You will become even STRONGER because of those obstacles. Just don’t give up!

Grocery haul and meal prep for the week with snacks and lunches! So many veggies this week! Can I just say that I’m SO excited for one of my lunch veggies. “Creamed” kale with ZERO cream or dairy! It came out SO good! Looking forward to lunch this week! What’s on your menu this week???

“Looking after my health today  gives me a better hope for tomorrow.” After working my body hard all week, it felt amazing to just stretch for 25 minutes! My body felt such relief knowing that I was taking care of it simply by stretching. *

#tbt to the first time I truly saw the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. I was in absolute awe being able to see the mountains at the top of one of the trails. Believe me, this picture doesn’t do these mountains justice. Explore the world! I promise there is beauty in every part of the world!

“It’s not about how fast or how far you have to go. It’s about digging deep and pushing yourself to keep moving forward.” I was truly tested this morning by my trainer. It was a HARD workout, and I could have easily given up! But, not this woman here! This trainer knew exactly when I needed some extra motivation because I found this extra strength deep inside me that helped me to finish strong! *

“Perfection is temporary. Change is constant.” We all have our struggle days. Mine was this morning for sure! I will never be perfect, and honestly, I never want to be perfect. I like to challenge myself. I like to push myself to my limits. Why?? Because I know my strength! I will never will be done with my story because my goal is to live the healthiest and happiest version of my life. What are your goals?
