Tbh, the number one reason i was adamant on my pre-baby body workout was probably the aspiration to do this before/after photo (shallow i know haha!) But again, everything starts with a goal and a will right?
Ok, so since many questions have been thrown at me regarding my workout/diet ritual, here are some answers to them FAQs.... Are you on a strict diet?
- actually, ironically after baby, my body seems to have jumpstarted on its own, changing my what was a plateau-ing metabolism ( due to every kind of diet i tried before) into a healthy, stable one.
I eat carbs more than anything now, though i hardly almost never snack in between my meals.
Do you take any sort of weight loss pills?
- Nope, and i really don't recommended it guys (literally, coming from experience, it is the shits ..if u get my drift) Not ok, and it will definitely mess with your metabolism more than doing it any good.
Do you exercise everyday? / are u flipping tires all day? / does it have to be military training?
- This is very lol 😂😂😂😂 to all of y'all who are like...are tires really the go to exercise? (Shh it's just really mostly for content HAHAHAHA *shallowness reigns once again* ) but ya no i don't go everyday...your body is not a machine, as much as you wish it is or think it is. You need rest days, and with a great balance of both, will then you have a happy, and healthy body!
And again, no it doesn't need to be military training, putting in and changing up your workouts ( hiit, cardio, weight training) or pretty much just walking it out for 30 mins/day to start does wonders!
