I found this photo in the glove compartment. It was taken 06 September 2017, the day I almost passed out because of tiredness and it wasn't something to be proud of.
I went up two flights of stairs, walked about 200 meters... was panting heavily. I was worried... I thought I was having a heart attack... That day made me decide to manage my health for good. To be honest, I can still remember how it felt and I don't like it.
This photo... will remind me not to go back to how I was. There is no looking back. I am still far away from my goal, yes... but I am getting there. I will get there. #ketoworks#keto#ketogenicph#ketogenic#ketogenicweightloss#ketodiet#ketoph#ketophilippines#ketopinoy#ketoprogress#lchf#lchfdiet
Zest-o Juice drink is a popular packed drink here in the Philippines. It's a kids' party drink and a cheaper alternative too. The pack says it contains natural fruit juice with vitamins A, C and zinc! So that's the selling point.
But the macro says of a 200ml pack: 80kcals, 0 Fat, 25mg Sodium, and 20g Carbs of which 20g is #sugar . That's more or less 5 teaspoons of sugar!!! This also means that most vitamins in this pack come from that freaking sugar.
It doesn't make any sense at all!
